Sixteen Methven Theatre Company thespians ruled the stage as they brought Footrot Flats’ iconic book characters to life at the show’s final dress rehearsal ahead of opening night tonight.

Company stalwarts Matt Markham and Linda Young are director and musical director respectively.

Footrot Flats features all kinds of hijinks as Cooch, along with Dog and Aunt Dolly, try to save Wal from being wooed away from his farm by the voluptuous Cheeky Hobson.
